The SmartSMSSolutions API-x now has the full capability of pushing message delivery report to your specified server through a chosen URL. This new feature ensures that you no longer need to guess the delivery report for your bulk SMS.

How to Configure Push DLR

Please follow the steps enumerated below to activate the Push DLR feature on your account:

• Login to your SMS account

• Click on Settings

• Click on Push DLR API

• Under the box for URL, enter the URL you want the delivery report pushed to

• Check the box next to Status

• Click on UPDATE SETTINGS

Once this done, anytime messages are sent and delivery is confirmed, the status of the message sent is posted back to your server so you can monitor the report.

Please note: In order for our system to know that your URL has received the delivery notice, your page HTTP Status must be Code 200.

To ensure this please use the URL in your local browser before adding it in your account control panel. This can be configured under Settings in your SmartSMSSolutions’ account.
