In order to help facilitate and ease up the process of registration of Sender IDs as directed by the Nigerian Telecom operators, we have provided a comprehensive list of all that is needed to complete this registration and get your bulk SMS experience back to normalcy. Find them below:

• Duly completed application letters for each of the telecom operators. You can download the letter templates for MTN, GLO, AIRTEL and ETISALAT. Alternatively, you can get all on the templates download page.
• The letters should be completed using your company letterhead
• Signature of one of the directors boldly appended at the end of the letters.
• Stamps for the completed letters.
• A copy of your company registration certificate with the CAC.
• Your CAC registration number must also be available.

Once all these items are available, go to the SENDER ID WHITELISTING page on your SMS account and upload all the relevant information.
