Few days ago, we introduced a new support tool on your bulk SMS account that will assist you identify phone numbers that fail to send when you send SMS. As part of an ongoing support feature release, we are pleased to let you know of the new tool we’ve added; Delivery Summary.
Why Important?
Delivery Summary tool can help you get the summary of message delivery on your account for a particular day, notwithstanding how many messages were sent that day. You can get the delivery details on a spot. This will also show the total number of units used, how many DND and non DND numbers, how many delivered and pending, amongst other details.
Where to Find It
This new tool can be found under SMS Portal on your SMS account.

Login to your SMS account with your username and password

Click on SMS Portal on the top menu bar

Click on MY TOOLS on the left drop menu

Click on DELIVERY SUMMARY

In the box for date, enter the date you want to get delivery summary for (e.g. jul 17 2020)

Then, click on LOAD REPORT
The entire details of the message(s) sent on that date are brought up instantly, and you could see how your SMS was handled.
