Purchasing SMS Units-What To Do After Making Cash Deposit

Making a cash deposit usually requires filling a deposit slip (teller). The cashier will then post the money into our account. Your SMS units will be credited as soon as we get notification of the payment. But what can you do if the units have not been credited after a while, or what you wrote as depositor was not your username?

Kindly take note that cash deposit will have some delay due to the process it will take. This process is not as fast as making a mobile or online transfer; hence you will need to exercise some patience. But after waiting for about 15 minutes you can call our customer care agents. You can also reach us via Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, and text message. 

Inform the customer care agent that you made a cash deposit and you are yet to get the units. The following information will be requested (please provide these details as part of your message if you are sending a message or chatting):

- Your Username

- The name of Bank and branch

- The amount deposited

- The Teller number

- The name of depositor you wrote on the teller

- A clear snapshot of the teller (if you are on Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, or Whatsapp)

Our agent will use these details to trace the payment out. If the payment has come in, your account will be credited immediately. Otherwise, we will be on the lookout for the payment and credit your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
