How to View Sub-Domain Account List Featured

The DOMAIN MEMBERS page under SMS Domain on your bulk SMS account gives you all the information you need on the sub-domain accounts you manage. Here, you can confirm all the activated accounts (with their email addresses and phone numbers), the pending ones and the the account’s unit balance.

Here is how to access the DOMAIN MEMBERS’ page:

 

  • Click on MY SMS DOMAIN under SMS PORTAL.
  • On the next page, click on DOMAIN MEMBERS.

 

 

In addition to the details of the registered sub-accounts, you will also find the tools needed to manage and configure each accounts; top up units, view messages and view transactions.
