How to Credit a Sub-Domain Account Featured

With the SmartSMSSolutions’ SMS Domain feature, you can create sub-accounts controlled by different team members under the supervision and moderation of an administrator account. With your admin account, you can credit your sub-domain accounts with SMS units. Follow the few steps below:

 

  • Go to MY SMS DOMAIN on your bulk SMS account
  • Click on DOMAIN MEMBERS
  • Click on ADD UNITS next to the account you want to credit
  • Enter the desired number of SMS units you want to credit the sub-domain account with and click on TRANSFER UNITS.

 

 

Please note that the ADD UNITS page shows the current SMS balance of the admin, the current SMS balance of the sub-account holder and their respective adjusted SMS balances after the units transfer is made.

This will help ensure transparency while transferring SMS units from your admin account to a sub-account.
