The SmartSMSSolutions website made provision for this situation. If you are on the home page, click on “Forgot Login?” You’d be taken to the registration page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “I can’t log in to my account.” You’d be required to enter the email or phone number associated with the account. Click on “Phone” if you prefer to provide the phone number.
Enter the information and click on “Recover.” A token will be sent to your email and phone number, and a Reset Login page will appear, with this message at the top, “A recovery link has been successfully sent to your registered email and phone.”
Check your email inbox and use the token to fill the Reset Login page. You will be required to enter your email, the reset token, and your new password. Click “Reset Password” after entering the information.
You will now get this confirmation: “Your log in details have been successfully updated. Please log in with your email and the new password.”
You now have a new password, and you can now log in to continue enjoying the SmartSMSSolutions experience!
