When sending bulk SMS, there are times when certain phone numbers might fail to send at all due to obvious reasons. These reasons might include; insufficient SMS units, error sending SMS on the server at that time , or phone numbers on DND. We have a new tool that can help you download such phone numbers that fail to send within a specified period of time.

You might recall that two(2) weeks ago, we secured and launched a new corporate route connection that delivers to phone numbers on DND. During this period, as with all our products, we’ve been taking feedback and interacting with it, and come up with some findings:

For a while now, SMS delivery to phone numbers on DND has been impossible using the corporate route. During this time, customers with SIM Hosting could deliver to such numbers with their hosted SIM. Good news though! Corporate Route is now back with full delivery to phone numbers on DND.

When we announced the upgrade of our SMS App Server to one with better capabilities, a few persons would have thought of what great benefits it comes with. Well, the ability to deliver to international phone numbers is one of them. You asked for Ghana, we gave it to you. You asked for Ivory Coast, and now Côte d'Ivoire is live.
